Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Fee

• Membership to The CEO Collective is R3,500 per month, per seat.

• Fees are payable monthly in advance for the upcoming month.

2. Payment Details

• All payments are made to:

3. Payment Timing

• Payment is due by the 25th of each month for the following month’s Collective.

• Membership will only be secured once payment is received.

4. Non-Payment & Lapse

• Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the seat being released to another CEO on the waiting list.

• Reinstatement is subject to availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Membership is billed on a monthly rolling basis.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing 14 days before month-end to avoid billing for the following month.

• No refunds will be issued for partially attended months.

6. Substitution

• Seats are non-transferable without prior approval from facilitators.

• Guest attendance or substitutions must be pre-approved and aligned with the Collective’s ethos.

7. Changes to Fees

• JDC EXEC Pty Ltd reserves the right to review membership fees with 30 days’ written notice.
