The CEO Collective meets monthly from 08:00–10:30. Each session includes a keynote for discussion, peer hot seats, and accountability checkouts to ensure clarity, capacity, and cadence.
Why Referrals Matter:
The Collective thrives on quality of members, not quantity. Every CEO added strengthens the circle with new perspectives and opportunities. That’s why referrals are welcomed — but always curated.

Referral Language (How Members Introduce Others)
Encourage members to use language that reflects exclusivity and belonging, e.g.: “I’m part of a curated circle of CEOs called The CEO Collective. It’s not a networking group — it’s a confidential peer community where we sharpen clarity, capacity, and cadence. I think you’d add value and gain a lot from it.Would you like me to connect you with the facilitators for a Discovery Session?”
Criteria for Who Qualifies

Senior leaders (CEO, Founder, MD, Executive, or equivalent decision-maker).

Operating in a business with active revenue and leadership responsibilities.

Growth-focused, committed to accountability, and aligned with Collective values.

Willing to contribute, not just consume.
