Participation Terms & Conditions
1. Community Ethos
The Collective Inc. exists to create a confidential, curated space for growth, clarity, capacity, and cadence. By joining, you commit to engaging in good faith, respecting confidentiality, and contributing to the shared growth of all members.
 2. Confidentiality & Trust
- All discussions within the Collective are strictly confidential.
- Members may share their own learnings outside the room, but never disclose another member’s personal, business, or strategic information.
- Breaches of confidentiality may result in removal from The Collective Inc.
3. Guests & Partners
- Members are welcome to recommend or introduce other leaders into the Collective.
- Final inclusion into The Collective Inc. is subject to facilitator approval, to maintain balance and confidentiality.
- Members may also introduce business partners or colleagues to selected sessions or networking events (as communicated by facilitators).
4. Business Relationships Between Members
- Members are free to collaborate, refer, or do business with each other.
- However, The Collective Inc. its facilitators are not responsible for the outcomes of these business relationships.
- Any contracts, agreements, or disputes arising between members remain solely between those parties.
5. Respectful Engagement
- The Collective Inc. is a space of belonging and trust.
- Members agree to engage respectfully, listen actively, and contribute constructively.
- Discrimination, harassment, or behavior that undermines the ethos of the Collective will not be tolerated.
6. Accountability
- Members commit to showing up prepared and engaged.
- Each session includes an Accountability & Actions round. Members are expected to honour their commitments as part of The Collective Inc. culture.
7. Facilitator Role
- Facilitators provide structure, strategy, and accountability frameworks.
- Facilitators do not take responsibility for members’ business outcomes, personal decisions, or external partnerships.
8. Collective Life
Membership in The Collective Inc. includes not just boardroom sessions but the ongoing rhythm of community life. This includes:
- Networking opportunities.
- Peer learning and shared resources.
- Optional events, collaborations, and forums.
- Members understand that participation in Collective life is voluntary but encouraged to maximize value.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Collective Inc. provides facilitation, frameworks, and community connection.
- It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
- Neither the facilitators nor The Collective Inc. bear liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from participation or relationships between members.
10. Membership Conduct
By joining, members agree to:
- Protect the integrity of the The Collective Inc.
- Contribute to the growth of peers.
- Respect the values of confidentiality, accountability, and distinction.
